How to Multiple Register with Venturing Crew 67

NOTE: You can only complete this step if your Scout is 14 years old right now. If your Scout is 13 and still in 8th grade, you will need to wait until the end of the school semester to multiple register.

1. Login to my.scouting.org.

2. Select the My Application box.

3. Click on the tab/header that says TRANSFER/MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS.

4. Click on the Multiple box under the Scout who will be attending.

5. Using the dropdown boxes, select Crew under Unit Type and type 67 under Unit Number. Click search.

6. Our Crew should be the only entry returned in the search. Click SELECT.

7. The form should automatically populate with the Scout’s information. Click Submit Multiple Registration.

8. Once the multiple registration is approved (usually within 48 hours unless we are away on an Adventure), it will show up under the Scout’s registration information.

9. If you have any trouble, please email us.

How to join Crew 67 if you are not registered with a Scouting America Troop, Ship, or Crew

Click here to start the registration process (takes about 5 min). You will need to select the age of the Venturer (Youth 13-17 or Participant 18-20) and then complete the enrollment forms and payment.

Annual dues are ~$15/month payable annually. This includes local, Council, and National dues, which cover adult leader background checks, insurance for youth participating in Venturing activities, program administration, and upkeep of Scouting America properties. If you need financial assistance to participate in Crew 67, please email us.

A Youth-led Program

Venturing is a fully youth-led program. This means that 1) all members of the Crew take ownership of the program by choosing and planning their own adventures, 2) all members of the Crew are responsible for self-governance through electing officers who run meetings and manage the program, and 3) all members of the Crew gain real-world experience by organizing events, managing budgets, leading others, and serving their community. Adult advisors assist the Crew by 1) providing mentorship in planning and management skills, 2) ensuring safety in all adventures, and 3) providing support for logistics that require legal age, contractual obligations, or financial clearance.
